User Data Deletion

Last Updated: April 6, 2026 At Prvaha, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

a. Email Request

Send an email to support@prvaha.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request” Please include:
  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Phone number (if applicable)
  • Description of your request

b. In-App Request (if available)

If you have access to your account:
  1. Log in to your Prvaha account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy
  3. Click on Request Data Deletion
  4. Submit the request

2. What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive your request:
  • We will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized requests
  • Your request will be processed within 7–30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation once your data is deleted

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful processing, we will delete:
  • Your personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Account details and login credentials
  • Associated usage data

4. Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes, including:
  • Medical records (as required by healthcare regulations)
  • Legal or compliance-related data
  • Security logs for fraud prevention
Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.

5. Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with third-party service providers (e.g., hosting or analytics services), we will request deletion from those providers where applicable.

6. Important Notes

  • Deletion requests are permanent and irreversible
  • You may lose access to your account and related data
  • Some services may no longer be available after deletion
