Searching drugs
The catalogue includes a built-in search bar at the top of Dashboard → Drugs. Search by brand name, generic name, or your internal Unique ID to quickly find any drug. Doctors use this same search when composing prescriptions — results appear as they type, so a well-named, consistently labelled catalogue makes prescription writing significantly faster.Editing a drug
To update an existing drug, click its name in the catalogue list to open the drug detail page, then click Edit. You can update any field — name, strength, form, or schedule type.Retiring a drug
To retire a drug that is no longer used, open its detail page and set its status to Unavailable. Unavailable drugs do not appear in prescription search results but remain in the catalogue for historical record-keeping.The drug catalogue is per-clinic. If your account manages multiple clinic locations, each clinic maintains its own separate formulary. A drug added to one clinic is not automatically available in another.
