Prvaha’s Analytics dashboard gives you a live, visual overview of how your clinic is performing — from appointment volumes and completion rates to actual and expected revenue trends. Rather than piecing together reports manually, you can see all of your key metrics in one place and filter them to the exact time period you need.

Accessing analytics

Navigate to Dashboard → Analytics from the left sidebar. The dashboard loads your data for the current week by default and immediately shows your summary metric cards and charts.

What you can track

Summary metric cards

Six metric cards at the top of the analytics page summarise your appointment data for the selected period:

Appointment volume chart

The Appointment Volume chart plots how many appointments occurred across the selected period as a bar chart, broken down by time bucket — hourly for single-day views, daily for weekly or monthly views, and weekly or monthly for longer custom ranges. Use this chart to spot busy periods and identify drop-offs.

Status breakdown chart

The By Status chart shows your appointments as a donut chart grouped by status: Completed, Confirmed, Booked, Pending, On Hold, and Cancelled. Hover over any segment to see the count and percentage for that status. This helps you quickly see whether a high cancellation rate is a recurring pattern or a one-off outlier.

Revenue trend chart

The Revenue Trend chart plots both actual collected revenue and expected revenue over the selected period as an area chart, with summary totals and average revenue per appointment shown in the card header. Use this to track whether revenue is growing, flat, or declining, and to compare actual performance against expectations.

Filtering analytics

Use the date range controls at the top of the analytics page to change the period you are viewing:
  • Today — shows hourly data for the current day
  • This Week — shows daily data for the last 7 days
  • This Month — shows daily data for the last 30 days
  • Custom — enter a specific From and To date and click Apply to define your own range; Prvaha automatically selects the appropriate granularity (daily, weekly, or monthly) based on the length of the range
Make it a habit to review your analytics at the start of each week. A quick look at the previous week’s completion rate, cancellation rate, and revenue trend gives you the information you need to adjust staffing, follow up on high-cancellation days, and plan for the week ahead — before the schedule fills up.
