Prvaha retains data only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. This page explains what data is retained, for how long, and how you can request deletion of your personal data from the platform.

What Data Prvaha Retains

Prvaha collects and retains the following categories of data while your account is active:
  • Full name, email address, phone number
  • Date of birth and gender
  • Account credentials (stored as one-way hashes — never in plaintext)

Retention Periods

Prvaha retains your data under the following principles:

Usage logs & security dataRetained for fraud prevention and security purposes for a limited period

Prvaha does not retain personal data beyond what is necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.

Requesting Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request through either of the following methods:

Include the following information in your email:
  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your phone number (if applicable)
  • A brief description of your request (e.g., full account deletion, deletion of specific records)
Prvaha will acknowledge your request and begin the verification process.

After Requesting Deletion

Once Prvaha receives your deletion request, the following process takes place:

Identity verification

Prvaha verifies your identity to confirm the request is authorized. This prevents unauthorized deletion of another person’s data.

Request processing

Your request is processed within 7–30 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the data involved.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, you receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.

What Gets Deleted

Upon successful processing of a deletion request, Prvaha permanently removes:
  • Your personal information — name, email address, phone number
  • Your account details and login credentials
  • Associated usage data tied to your account

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes:

Retained data is kept securely, access-controlled, and is not used for any other purpose beyond the legal or regulatory requirement that mandates its retention.

Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with Prvaha’s third-party service providers (such as hosting or communication services) as part of delivering the platform, Prvaha will request deletion from those providers where applicable and contractually required.

Important Notes

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data deletion request is processed, you will permanently lose access to your account and all associated data — including appointment history, medical records, and prescriptions. This action cannot be undone.
Additional considerations:
  • After deletion, some platform features that relied on your data will no longer be available
  • If you are a clinic admin requesting deletion of a clinic account, all staff and patient data associated with the clinic will also be subject to deletion review — contact support to discuss scope before submitting
  • Submitting a deletion request constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the terms outlined on this page
