Drug Library
The drug library is a searchable catalog of all medications used in your clinic. When a doctor writes a prescription during a consultation, they pull directly from this library.Viewing the Drug Library
Navigate to Dashboard → Drugs to see all medications currently in your catalog. Filter or search by name, generic name, form, or schedule type.Adding a Drug

Diagnoses
The diagnosis library stores the ICD-10-coded conditions your clinic records during consultations. Doctors select from this list during consults rather than entering free-form text, ensuring consistency and clean reporting.Viewing Diagnoses

Prvaha also supports AI-assisted diagnosis suggestions — enter a set of presenting symptoms and the system suggests matching diagnoses from your library. Navigate to the diagnosis suggestion tool from within the consultation screen.
Lab Investigations
The lab investigation catalog lists all tests your clinic can order. Doctors order tests from the consultation screen; results are recorded directly in the patient’s profile.Viewing Lab Investigations

Symptoms
Symptoms can be predefined in Prvaha for fast, consistent selection during consultations. Instead of typing free text, doctors pick from your clinic’s symptom library.Managing Symptoms
Navigate to Dashboard → Symptoms to view, add, or edit symptoms. When adding a symptom, provide:- Name — the symptom label displayed during consultations (required)
- Description — optional clinical notes
- Category — classify symptoms under: General, Pain & Discomfort, Respiratory, Digestive, Skin & Allergy, Neurological, Eye, Urinary, Mental Health, Reproductive, Infectious, or Other
Writing Prescriptions
Prescriptions are created during a consultation and are automatically saved to the patient’s record.Search and select a drug
In the Prescriptions panel, search your drug library by brand name or generic name. Select the matching drug from the results.
Specify dosage instructions
For each selected drug, enter:
- Dose — e.g., 500 mg, 1 tablet
- Frequency — e.g., twice daily, every 8 hours
- Duration — e.g., 5 days, 2 weeks
- Instructions — e.g., take after food, avoid sunlight
Add diagnoses and lab orders
In the same consultation screen, select the applicable Diagnosis from your library and order any Lab Investigations required.
PDF Export
Prescriptions and lab investigation orders can be exported as PDFs directly from the appointment or the patient’s profile.Prescription PDF
Open the appointment or patient record, navigate to the Prescriptions tab, and click Download PDF. The prescription includes clinic branding, doctor details, drug names, dosage instructions, and the consultation date.
Send via WhatsApp or Email
After saving a consultation, use the Send option to deliver the prescription PDF directly to the patient via WhatsApp or email — no extra steps required.
PDF exports use your clinic’s letterhead and branding settings configured under Settings → Clinic Profile. Set up your logo and address there before your first consultation.
