Account setup covers everything you need to configure before your clinic goes live on Prvaha — from signing in and completing your clinic profile, to inviting your team, assigning the right roles, and confirming your clinic’s subdomain. Work through each section in order to ensure your clinic is fully operational from day one.

Signing In

Prvaha supports three sign-in methods. Use the one that suits your clinic’s workflow best.
  1. Go to prvaha.com/auth/login and select Phone.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number.
  3. Click Send OTP — a one-time code will be sent to your phone via SMS.
  4. Enter the code in the verification field and click Verify.
You’ll be redirected to your clinic dashboard upon successful verification.

Clinic Profile

After registering, complete your clinic profile so staff and patients see accurate information across the platform. Navigate to Dashboard → Organization and fill in the following:
  • Clinic Name — The full, official name of your practice.
  • Address — Street address, city, state, and PIN code.
  • Contact Number — The primary phone number for your clinic.
  • Working Hours — Set your opening and closing times for each day of the week, and mark any days your clinic is closed.
Click Save Changes once you’ve filled in all the details. Your clinic profile information appears on appointment confirmations and patient-facing communications.
Upload your clinic’s logo from the Organization settings page. It appears on invoices and patient-facing screens, giving your practice a professional, branded look.

Inviting Staff

Add your team members and assign each one a role that matches their responsibilities. Navigate to Dashboard → Users and click New User. Fill in:
  • Full Name — The staff member’s full name.
  • Email or Phone — The contact they’ll use to sign in.
  • Role — Select the appropriate role from the dropdown (see table below).
Click Send Invite. The staff member will receive an invitation via email or SMS and can sign in using their preferred method.

Roles and Access Levels

A staff member can only hold one role per clinic. If your clinic is part of a multi-clinic setup, roles are configured independently for each clinic.

Setting Your Subdomain

Every clinic on Prvaha gets a unique subdomain configured during the registration process. Your clinic’s workspace is accessible at:
[yoursubdomain].prvaha.com
For example, if your clinic is named City Health Polyclinic and you chose cityhealth as your subdomain, your clinic dashboard and patient portal are available at cityhealth.prvaha.com. Your subdomain is set once during onboarding. Contact hello@prvaha.com if you need to update it after registration.
