Organization settings are the foundation of your Prvaha clinic setup. Every piece of information you configure here — from your clinic name to your working hours — flows through the entire platform, appearing on prescriptions, invoices, patient notifications, and appointment scheduling. Take the time to set these up accurately before onboarding doctors and staff.

Accessing Organization Settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Organization from the main sidebar. You must have the Admin role to view or modify organization settings. Other roles (Doctor, Receptionist, Nurse, Lab Technician) have read-only access or no access to this section.
Changes to organization settings are reflected immediately across the platform — including all patient-facing communications and generated PDFs.

Fill in the core details that identify your clinic on the platform and in all generated documents.

Enter all fields accurately — they appear verbatim on prescriptions, invoices, and patient-facing documents.

Subdomain

Your clinic is accessible to all staff and patients at a unique URL:
https://[subdomain].prvaha.com
The subdomain is assigned during registration and uniquely identifies your clinic on the Prvaha platform. The subdomain cannot be changed from within the dashboard. If you need to update your subdomain after registration, contact Prvaha support at support@prvaha.com with your request.
Your subdomain is also used as the internal schema identifier. All clinic data is scoped to this subdomain, ensuring complete isolation from other clinics on the platform.

Working Hours

Working hours define your clinic’s operational schedule and directly control when appointment slots are made available for booking. To configure working hours:

Open Organization Settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Organization and scroll to the Working Hours section.

Enable active days

Toggle each day of the week on or off to indicate which days the clinic operates.

Set opening and closing times

For each active day, enter the start time and end time (e.g., 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM).

Save

Click Save to apply the schedule. Changes take effect immediately for all new bookings.
Set accurate working hours before adding doctor slots — doctor availability is constrained by clinic hours. A doctor cannot be scheduled outside the clinic’s operational window.

Clinic Logo & Branding

Upload your clinic’s logo to give patient-facing documents and communications a professional, branded appearance. The logo appears on:
  • Prescriptions generated by doctors
  • Invoices and billing documents
  • Patient notifications and email communications
To upload your logo:

Open Organization Settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Organization and locate the Branding section.

Upload your logo

Click Upload Logo and select an image file from your device. Use a high-resolution PNG or JPG with a transparent or white background for best results.

Set your brand color (optional)

Enter a Primary Color hex code (e.g., #1A73E8) to apply your brand color across the platform interface.

Add your website (optional)

Enter your clinic’s website URL. It appears in footer sections of generated documents.

Save

Click Save to apply your branding changes.

Contact Information

The contact information configured here is used as the public-facing details for your clinic. It appears in patient notifications, appointment confirmation emails, and all generated PDFs.
