# Quickstart: Register Your Clinic and Book Appointments

> Learn how to register your clinic on Prvaha, verify your email and phone, invite your team with the right roles, and book your first appointment.

This guide walks you through the five essential steps to get your clinic up and running on Prvaha. By the end, you will have a registered clinic account, your team added with the right roles, an appointment workflow configured, and your first patient appointment booked. The whole process takes less than fifteen minutes.

<Tip>
  If your account is associated with more than one clinic location, Prvaha will prompt you to select a clinic after you log in. Choose the location you want to work in before continuing. You can switch clinics at any time from the top bar of the dashboard without logging out.
</Tip>

<Steps>
  <Step title="Register your clinic">
    Go to [prvaha.com/auth/register/clinic](https://prvaha.com/auth/register/clinic) to create your clinic account. Registration is a short multi-step process to verify your identity and name your clinic.

    **Step 1 — Choose a sign-in method.** Select one of two options:

    * **Continue with Email OTP** — Enter your email address on the next screen. Prvaha sends you a one-time passcode; enter it to verify your email address.
    * **Continue with Google** — Sign in with your Google account. Your email is verified automatically.

    **Step 2 — Verify your phone number.** Enter your mobile number and the one-time passcode Prvaha sends to it.

    **Step 3 — Name your account and clinic.** On the final screen, fill in:

    * **Admin name** — Your full name as the clinic administrator.
    * **Clinic name** — The name of your practice as it will appear across the platform.
    * **Password** — Choose a secure password (email sign-up only; Google sign-up skips this field).

    Click **Create clinic and continue**. Prvaha will take you directly to your new dashboard.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up your profile">
    After registration, complete your personal profile so your colleagues and patients can identify you correctly.

    Navigate to your account avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select **Profile**. Fill in:

    * **Full name** — Your first and last name as you want them to appear across the platform.
    * **Specialty** — Your medical or administrative specialty, if applicable.
    * **Contact information** — A direct phone number or secondary email address.
    * **Profile photo** — Upload a clear photo to help your team identify you in the system.

    Click **Save** when you are done. Your profile information will appear on appointment records, prescriptions, and other documents generated in your name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add doctors and staff">
    Add the rest of your team so they can log in and start working. Each team member gets a role that controls what they can see and do in Prvaha.

    From the left-hand navigation, go to **Users**, then click **New User**. For each person you want to add:

    1. Enter their **name** and **email address**.
    2. Select their **role** — choose from Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Receptionist, or Lab Technician. See [Roles & Permissions](/roles-and-permissions) for a full breakdown of what each role can access.
    3. Click **Create User**.

    Prvaha creates the account and sends a welcome email to the new team member. They can log in straight away using the email address you entered.

    Repeat this process for every doctor, nurse, receptionist, or administrator who needs access to your clinic.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure your first workflow">
    Appointment workflows define the stages a patient moves through during a visit — for example, *Checked In → With Doctor → Completed*. Setting up a workflow before your first appointment helps your team track patient progress in real time.

    From the left-hand navigation, go to **Preferences**, then select **Workflow**. Click **New Workflow** and:

    1. Give the workflow a **name** (for example, "Standard Consultation").
    2. Add **stages** by clicking **Add Stage** and entering a stage name for each step in the patient journey.
    3. Drag stages to reorder them if needed.
    4. Click **Save Workflow**.

    You can create multiple workflows for different appointment types — for example, a quick triage flow and a longer specialist consultation flow. You will be able to select the appropriate workflow when booking each appointment.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Book your first appointment">
    With your team in place and a workflow configured, you are ready to book your first appointment.

    From the left-hand navigation, go to **Appointments** and click **Book New Appointment**. Complete the booking form:

    1. **Patient** — Search for an existing patient or create a new patient profile by entering their name, phone number, and date of birth.
    2. **Doctor** — Select the doctor the patient will be seeing.
    3. **Date and time slot** — Choose an available date and time from the doctor's schedule.
    4. **Workflow** — Select the workflow you created in the previous step.
    5. **Notes** (optional) — Add any relevant notes for the doctor or reception team.

    Click **Save Appointment**. The appointment will appear in the Appointments list and on the selected doctor's schedule immediately.

    Congratulations — your clinic is live on Prvaha.
