The top bar shows the clinic you are currently working in; if your account spans multiple locations, you can switch between them from there without logging out. Each section is designed to mirror how a clinic actually operates. Receptionists will spend most of their time in Appointments and Patients. Doctors will move between their appointment queue, patient records, and prescriptions. Administrators have full access to every section, including billing summaries, user management, and clinic-wide settings under Preferences. Prvaha takes data privacy and security seriously.
